City Bus Information

Calvin students are encouraged to ride The Rapid, Grand Rapids' city and metropolitan bus service.

Rapid Discount Cards

Calvin students can get a Rapid Discount card to ride the bus at a discounted rate of $.50 each way. Students can pick up a card at either the Campus Safety office or the Service-Learning Center with their Student ID. The first card is free of charge. If lost a $20 fee is charged for replacement. The cards are good for an academic school year (until September 1st) and then you need to renew your card.
