Emma Moynihan
Biography
I believe that at our core, everyone is striving to become happier, more content individuals. When I learned about Positive Psychology and Happiness Research, my mind was blown (鈥淲hat? There are action items you can take to actively increase your happiness levels?!鈥), and my decision to go into a career in counseling was made.
I believe that being authentic to one鈥檚 true self is vital to one鈥檚 mental health. The world is a better place for its diversity of thoughts, opinions, personalities, and appearances.
I am currently completing the final requirements for my Master鈥檚 in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University, and I am interning with the Center for Counseling and Wellness (CCW) this year as a Master鈥檚-level trainee.

Professional Experience
Prior to my counseling internship with the CCW, I worked as a freelance career counselor to recent college graduates, counseling them in the difficult decision of what career path to pursue.
