Dr. Jeremy VanAntwerp

Professor

Biography

 

Professor VanAntwerp teaches a variety of introductory and advanced engineering courses, including senior design. He prefers active learning exercises over lectures and is a proponent of hands-on labs as a way of experiencing new material. Knowledgeable about education research and practice, Professor VanAntwerp has authored several publications on innovative engineering education. He promotes innovation and the entrepreneurial mindset within engineering education. In addition to his regular student advising, Professor VanAntwerp is the advisor for the AIChE student club.
