Biography

Professor DeVries is an actively practicing attorney with Nicewander Berens & DeVries PLLC in Jenison, MI. His practice emphasis includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, business/corporate law, and real estate. Jim received his Bachelor's degree from Calvin in 1982 and his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University in 1985. He is admitted to the bar to practice law in Michigan and Ohio and is a frequent presenter to business, professional and community groups on estate planning, probate, real estate and business/corporate law issues.
