Biography

Lindsey Fick is a Corporate Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist with Creative Dining Services. She received her undergraduate degree in dietetics from Madonna University and subsequently completed her dietetic internship at Beaumont Health Systems. Lindsey chose a career path in nutrition because of her background in gymnastics/cheerleading and love for food and nutrition knowledge. Lindsey has worked as a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist in various settings including inpatient eating disorder, long term care and an exciting internship with athletes in the NFL combine. In her role with Creative Dining Services, her responsibilities include student nutrition counseling at area colleges and universities, sanitation audits, long-term care dietetics coverage, recipe analysis and development, and ServSafe instruction. Lindsey resides in Allendale and enjoys her pets, baking, cooking, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
