There are many ways to strengthen your emotional health without ever setting foot in our office. We’ve gathered a set of customized online tools and links to support you in learning and practicing habits of mental wellness.
Wellness equipment is available to students for personal use through CCW, including access to a relaxing Wellness Room during business hours and a light box lending program.

- Free psychoeducational videos, activity logs, and mental health tools are available through Therapy Assistance Online (TAO) for all Calvin students who are interested in strengthening emotional wellbeing.
