Phase 1 ✔
This phase included the relocation of the Speech and Hearing Clinic from DeVos Communication Center to North Hall, which was completed in April 2023. During the summer of 2023, selected North Hall main floor classrooms were renovated for Speech Pathology, and new faculty offices constructed adjacent to the classrooms.

Phase 2 ✔
During the 2023–2024 academic year, a new cadaver lab was constructed in the space formerly occupied by the West Michigan Regional Lab. The cadaver lab was completed in late August 2024.
BIOL 305L: Advanced Human Anatomy Lab
This laboratory course involves a detailed study of human gross anatomy that builds on prior anatomical knowledge from other courses. Students will work in small teams to perform guided dissections of human cadavers to study tissues, organs, and organ systems. Particular attention will be paid to typical anatomical configurations, but with discussion of anatomical variants, pathological conditions, age-related changes, and clinical applications when possible. Areas of focus will include articulations, muscles, neural pathways, vasculature, and organs of the thoracic and abdominopelvic cavities.

Phase 3 ✔
A new simulation lab and related health science classroom were constructed adjacent to the cadaver lab. Additional renovations and relocations within the School of Health accompanied the work. Renovations were completed at the end of summer 2024.
