Calvin is one of the few Christian colleges or universities to offer a neuroscience program. You can investigate the brain from several angles by choosing one of the Neuroscience concentrations offered through Psychology, Biology, Chemistry or Biochemistry. Within the Psychology-Neuroscience program you鈥檒l focus on the psychology of cognition, behavior, and brain function by selecting from courses in psychology, philosophy, biology, chemistry, physics, and computer science.
Far from being narrow, studying neuroscience here is a broadening and enriching experience. You鈥檒l ask questions not only about the mind and brain but about what makes us human from a Christian perspective.
