General questions

As of August 1, 2022, the Prince Conference Center is a cashless facility. Credit, debit, & check payments are accepted.

The Prince Center is a non-smoking facility.

Yes there is—our main parking lot is located right in front of the building.

Yes, an ADA compliant Service Dog is permitted on premise. At check-in, the guest must register the ADA compliant Service Dog by providing a required signature on the Pet Policy and Agreement. The guest is responsible to strictly abide by all policies listed on the signed Prince Conference Center and Hotel Service Animal Policy. Dogs must NEVER be left unattended in the room at any time, whether or not the dog is in a kennel or crate.

Yes, the Prince Conference Center is wheelchair accessible. Please request a wheelchair accessible room when making a reservation.

We do not have a pool inside the Prince Center. However, we have an on-site fitness center which features a treadmill, a stationary bike and a four-way weight machine. All of our guests are welcome to use the Calvin health facilities, which feature a pool, weight-training rooms, Nautilus weight equipment and gymnasium. Please note that there may be limited hours for these facilities. Please see Venema Aquatic Center for pool hours.

No, but we do serve banquets and dinners for groups of all sizes, from 4 to 350. We are also within walking distance of Johnny’s and Peet’s Coffee. Visit their page on the Calvin Dining website for more details.

Meeting and social functions

320 persons Banquet Style and over 400 persons Theater Style in the Great Hall. Our overnight accommodations can sleep up to 261.

Events requiring food and beverages will be catered in-house. The Prince Conference Center has a very experienced catering department headed by our Certified Executive Chef and Catering Manager.

The Prince Conference Center does not have a liquor license, but does permit outside preferred vendors to accommodate bar/beverage services. *All events are limited to only offering beer and wine. Please refer to our Policy Statement (pdf).
